Trader consensus on Polymarket prices the $2.25–$2.50 range for April's U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics average retail price of Grade A large eggs at 59.5% implied probability, reflecting the ongoing post-avian flu recovery that drove sequential monthly declines: $2.577 in January, $2.50 in February, and $2.348 in March 2026 per BLS data released April 10. Abundant layer inventories and sufficient cage-free supplies, as detailed in USDA's April 10 Egg Markets Overview, have stabilized demand amid light wholesale trading at 21 cents per dozen, tempering downside risks while supporting the adjacent $2.00–$2.25 outcome at 23.5%. Traders eye potential spring bird flu migration and upcoming May BLS consumer price release for resolution catalysts.
