Forecast models from sources including the Finnish Meteorological Institute, Yr.no, and ECMWF runs indicate a maximum temperature of 16–18°C in Helsinki on September 10, with 17°C emerging as the most probable outcome due to a broad low-pressure system advecting mild southerly flow across southern Finland. Persistent cloud cover, scattered showers, and moderate southwest winds are expected to limit daytime heating while preventing significant cooling, consistent with early-September climatology where average highs reach about 16°C. Ensemble guidance shows limited spread, though minor shifts in the timing or intensity of rainfall could favor the lower or higher end of the range. Updated model runs and official observations on the morning of the 10th will provide the final data for market resolution.
