Recent official forecasts from China's National Meteorological Center and multiple international models indicate a high of 25–26°C for Qingdao on September 11, driven by southerly winds, increasing cloud cover after morning sunshine, and typical early-autumn coastal moderation. This positioning explains the market's leading implied probabilities for 27°C and 28°C as reflecting residual uncertainty in model runs and recent daily highs near 27°C on September 10. Historical September averages near 25°C provide context, while the absence of strong high-pressure systems or heat advection limits upside risk. Traders appear to weigh short-term forecast revisions and diurnal peaks against the coastal cooling influence ahead of the market's resolution.
