Official forecasts from the National Weather Service and other models indicate a high near 90°F in Atlanta on September 15 under mostly sunny skies with easterly winds of 10-15 mph, supporting the market's heavy weighting toward the 90-91°F bin. This aligns with above-average conditions for mid-September, when the climatological mean high is roughly 84°F, though well below historical extremes near 97°F. Recent model runs show stable, dry patterns following Monday's peak in the mid-90s, with minimal precipitation risk and consistent guidance across sources keeping the implied probability concentrated in the low-90s range. Updated forecasts ahead of resolution will refine any last adjustments from steering patterns or boundary-layer effects.
