Current short-term forecasts for Manila on September 15 indicate daily maximum temperatures of 30–32°C under the influence of the southwest monsoon, with widespread cloud cover, scattered showers, and thunderstorms expected to moderate peak heating. Multiple models align on highs near 31°C amid high humidity and light winds, consistent with September climatological averages of 30–32°C and recent observations showing no significant heat buildup. Trader consensus favoring 33°C reflects uncertainty around localized variations or model revisions ahead of the date, though resolution criteria tied to official Philippine weather service measurements introduce inherent forecast spread. Updated runs from agencies like PAGASA will likely refine probabilities before market close.
