PAM holds an 81% implied probability as the party expected to win the most seats in Morocco’s September 23 legislative elections, driven by its intensified campaign momentum, high-profile recruitment including Fouzi Lekjaa, and the launch of a detailed 350-billion-dirham program targeting purchasing power, youth employment, and public services. The three-party governing coalition of RNI, PAM, and Istiqlal remains the central contest, with PAM gaining ground through territorial organization and candidate lists amid coalition tensions. RNI faces leadership transitions, while smaller parties such as PJD, PI, and others register negligible probabilities due to limited recent organizational advances or voter traction. Trader consensus reflects these short-term campaign dynamics ahead of the vote for the 395-seat House of Representatives.
