Recent forecast model consensus from sources including the Hydrometeorological Center and GFS data points to a daily minimum temperature near 9–10°C in Moscow on September 14 under partly cloudy skies with light westerly winds of 5–8 mph and stable high pressure around 1015–1020 hPa. This setup favors gradual overnight radiational cooling after daytime highs of 17–19°C, aligning with typical mid-September climatology where Moscow lows average 7–11°C. The balanced market-implied odds between sub-5°C and 15°C+ outcomes reflect lingering uncertainty in boundary-layer moisture and any subtle frontal influences that could alter the exact minimum by 2–3°C, with updated model runs and official briefings expected to refine the range ahead of resolution.
