Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Trader consensus on Polymarket heavily favors 72°F or higher (76%) for San Francisco International Airport's highest temperature today, driven by the National Weather Service's latest forecast of sunny skies and a high near 73°F amid building high pressure over the eastern Pacific. Following a record-hot March—the warmest on record in the Bay Area—and a cold front that brought rain through early Thursday, drier offshore northerly winds at 9-18 mph are suppressing the marine layer, enabling above-normal temperatures that exceed April climatological averages of around 63°F. Model ensembles show consensus for peak heating in the afternoon, though microscale coastal effects could cap the high at 70-71°F (23.5% implied probability); real-time ASOS observations at SFO will resolve the market by midnight.
