Recent forecasts from multiple meteorological models project a high of 28–32°C for Jinan on September 24, driven by persistent warm southerly flow and limited cloud cover that will keep daytime heating strong despite increasing humidity. This aligns with late-September climatology, where average highs reach the mid-20s°C, but current conditions reflect a warmer-than-normal ridge. Trader consensus at 94.5% for 26°C or higher reflects the narrow uncertainty range in short-term numerical weather prediction just 24 hours ahead. A realistic challenge would require an unforecasted cold front or significant model bias in boundary-layer temperatures, though official updates from agencies like the China Meteorological Administration show little sign of such shifts before resolution.
