Recent forecasts from Météo-France and global models indicate a high near 29–31°C for Paris on September 6, driven by easterly flow under building high pressure that favors daytime warming above seasonal normals. Afternoon peaks depend on limited cloud cover and light winds, with ensemble spreads reflecting minor differences in boundary-layer mixing and urban heat retention. Current trader consensus clusters around 29–30°C because short-range guidance shows modest intensification potential without strong advection of cooler air, while probabilities for 32°C or higher remain low absent unexpected clear-sky conditions. Updated model runs and official Météo-France guidance over the next 48 hours will likely narrow the range ahead of market resolution.
