Current forecast guidance for Toronto on September 21 shows a high temperature most likely in the 15–17°C range, driven by northeast winds advecting cooler maritime air and extensive cloud cover that limits daytime heating. Official Environment Canada outlooks call for a mix of sun and cloud with an 18°C high, while several numerical models and private forecasts converge near 16°C or 60°F under overcast skies and light precipitation chances. These conditions follow a cooler weekend pattern, with historical September averages around 20°C providing context for the expected dip. Market-implied odds cluster tightly on 15–16°C because model spreads and timing of any clearing introduce genuine uncertainty ahead of final observational data.
