Democrat Janelle Stelson holds a strong lead in trader consensus for the 2026 Pennsylvania 10th congressional district race, reflecting the district's narrow 2024 margin and its status as one of the most competitive GOP-held seats. Incumbent Republican Scott Perry faces a rematch against Stelson, who secured the Democratic nomination after winning her party's May 19 primary. The race features standard midterm dynamics in a district with mixed partisan performance in recent cycles, where opposition-party challengers often gain ground through targeted campaign spending and voter turnout efforts. Prediction markets price the seat well above even odds for Democrats, consistent with its toss-up or lean-Democratic positioning among forecasters and its history of close results. The November 3 general election remains the resolution trigger, with no major late-cycle shifts reported in the past month.
