Forecast consensus from multiple models points to a daytime high of 36–38°C in Jeddah on September 11, aligning with the market’s heaviest weighting on 37°C (44.5%) and 38°C or higher (27.5%). Recent station data show September maxima averaging near 37–38°C, with several days this month already reaching 38°C under persistent high pressure, light winds, and minimal cloud cover. The Red Sea’s moderating influence and typical early-fall humidity keep overnight lows near 30°C, limiting overnight cooling and supporting peak readings in the upper 30s. No major synoptic shifts or model divergence appear in the latest runs, sustaining trader confidence in the 36–38°C band while assigning low probability to outliers below 35°C. Resolution will occur once official observations confirm the daily maximum.
