Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.National Weather Service forecasts for Seattle on September 11 point to a high near 68°F under mostly cloudy skies with light southerly winds and a chance of drizzle, reflecting the arrival of cooler marine air after recent highs in the mid-70s. This pattern aligns with model consensus showing suppressed daytime heating from increased cloud cover and modest onshore flow, consistent with early September climatology where marine influence often caps temperatures in the upper 60s. Trader sentiment, reflected in the heavy weighting toward 66–69°F bins, tracks these official guidance updates rather than historical averages near 72°F, with resolution hinging on verified observations from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
