The 2026 Quebec general election in Lévis features a close contest among several candidates, with trader probabilities clustered near 50% for many entrants and Bernard Drainville (CAQ) and Karine Laflamme (Conservative) at 43.5%. The writ was dropped on August 27, 2026, for the October 5 vote, creating a short campaign window. Recent polling projections show the CAQ and Conservative parties running neck-and-neck locally amid broader provincial shifts, while the PQ, Liberals, and Québec solidaire trail. Key local factors include debates over transport infrastructure such as the third link, housing affordability, and mobility, alongside the riding's economic growth. These elements sustain tight implied probabilities, with further separation likely to hinge on turnout among francophone voters and late-campaign positioning by the major parties.
