**National Weather Service forecasts call for sunny skies and a high near 72°F in San Francisco on September 19, supporting the market's heaviest weighting on the 70–71°F and 72–73°F bins.** Onshore flow and the marine layer, which typically keeps coastal highs in the upper 60s to low 70s during September, continue to moderate temperatures despite a recent warming trend noted in short-term guidance. Historical climatology shows an average daily high of 70.8°F for the date, with recent model runs and local observations aligning closely with this range. Traders appear to be pricing in limited upside from interior heat or offshore flow shifts, as probabilities drop sharply above 75°F and below 68°F. Updated NWS briefings and any late adjustments to marine layer depth remain the key near-term catalysts.
