This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the highest temperature recorded by NOAA at the Ben Gurion International Airport in degrees Celsius on 3 May '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the highest reading under the "Temp" column on the specified date once information is finalized for all hours on that date, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=LLBG To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C. This market can not resolve to "Yes" until data for this date has been finalized. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Official observations from NOAA at Ben Gurion International Airport (station LLBG) finalized the highest temperature in Tel Aviv at exactly 25°C on May 3, 2026, driving Polymarket's 100% implied probability for that outcome and near-certainty among traders risking real capital. This reflects direct measurements from calibrated thermometers, corroborated by Israel Meteorological Service data, following a sharp cooldown from May 2's 29°C peak amid a fading heatwave—northerly winds, mid-level cloud cover, and an upper-level trough suppressed daytime heating, matching pre-event forecast model ensembles projecting low-to-mid 20s°C. Early hourly readings hovered near 23°C, consistent with early May climatology averaging 25–26°C under Mediterranean sea-breeze influences. Realistic challenges would require post-finalization data revisions, which protocols deem unlikely.
