Recent ensemble forecasts from AccuWeather and the Pakistan Meteorological Department point to partly cloudy skies with scattered showers and highs near 32–33°C for Karachi on August 11, consistent with the market’s 48% implied probability for 33°C and combined 42.5% for the adjacent 32–34°C bins. The city’s coastal Arabian Sea position and active southwest monsoon circulation maintain high humidity near 70–80% plus cloud cover that suppresses daytime heating, aligning with August climatology where maxima average 31–32°C and rarely exceed 34°C. Current steering patterns and moisture levels continue to limit extremes, though any unexpected clearing ahead of official PMD observations could shift sentiment toward 34°C.
