Current ensemble forecasts from Taiwan's Central Weather Administration and global models show Taipei's September 26 high likely falling between 31–34°C under partly cloudy skies with light variable winds and low precipitation risk. This range reflects typical late-September subtropical conditions, where modest diurnal heating combines with occasional cloud modulation to produce peaks near or slightly above seasonal norms around 32°C. Model spread and sensitivity to afternoon convection or boundary-layer mixing explain the market's even distribution across 31–37°C, as small shifts in timing or coverage could alter the recorded maximum. Updated official guidance and next model runs will likely narrow the implied probabilities before resolution.
