Recent National Weather Service guidance and ensemble forecasts indicate the lowest temperature in Seattle on September 24 will likely occur overnight into the early morning under increasing cloud cover ahead of a frontal system, with model consensus centering on 52–53°F. Marine air influence and expected rain later in the period limit radiative cooling compared to clearer conditions, while light northerly winds and higher humidity further moderate the minimum. Historical September averages near 51–52°F provide context, yet the current setup favors values clustered around the 52–53°F bin that leads market-implied odds. Minor forecast shifts in cloud timing or precipitation onset could push readings into adjacent ranges such as 50–51°F or 54–55°F.
