Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Trader consensus on Polymarket favors 82-83°F (37.5%) as Miami's highest temperature on April 6, closely trailed by 84-85°F (27.5%), driven by the latest National Weather Service guidance and GFS/ECMWF model ensembles clustering peaks near 82-85°F amid a persistent Atlantic high-pressure ridge steering easterly trades. These winds introduce drier air, capping highs close to the early April climatological normal of 82°F at Miami International Airport, while sea surface temperatures around 78°F support moderate daytime heating. Differentiating factors include model disagreements on ridge amplitude—stronger ridging favors upper 80s via reduced cloud cover, weaker flow risks cooler 80-81°F from sea breeze incursions. New 00Z/12Z model runs and NWS updates expected within 24 hours could refine this tight race.
