This follows recent observations of highs around 21°C on April 16 under partly cloudy conditions, with cloud cover expected to suppress solar heating tomorrow and limit peaks to the 17–19°C range (combined ~79%). Spring climatology supports this, as Tokyo's April average high is 19°C, with low variability absent strong fronts; ensemble models show minimal spread, though afternoon clearing could nudge toward 19°C. JMA's next advisory, due late April 16, may refine cloud trends ahead of resolution.
