Recent official forecasts from meteorological agencies indicate a daytime high of 27°C in Busan on September 18, driven by warm, humid air masses under mostly cloudy skies with scattered rain. This aligns with observed morning temperatures near 23°C and model consensus projecting modest afternoon warming before northeast winds and precipitation limit further gains. Historical September averages for the region hover around 26°C, providing context for the market's strong consensus. Traders have priced in this outcome at near-certainty given consistent agency guidance, though minor revisions to observed maxima from localized monitoring stations could theoretically shift resolution if final readings fall short.
