Recent 48-hour updates show ensemble means near 21°C, driven by mild southerly flows early in the period shifting to lighter northerly winds, with 70–80% precipitation probabilities risking cloud cover to suppress daytime insolation and cap peaks at 20°C or boost to 22°C under clearer skies. Historical April baselines average 19°C at Haneda Airport station, but JMA's April-June outlook signals above-normal temperatures, amplifying variability.
