This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the lowest temperature recorded by NOAA at the Ben Gurion International Airport in degrees Celsius on 27 Aug '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from NOAA, specifically the lowest reading under the "Temp" column for all times on this day, available here: https://www.weather.gov/wrh/timeseries?site=LLBG If NOAA data is unavailable or missing for the observation period, Weather Underground will be used as the secondary resolution source. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C. This market can not resolve until the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.**Forecasts from multiple meteorological sources indicate a minimum temperature of 24–25°C for Tel Aviv on August 27, 2026, aligning closely with the market’s leading implied probabilities of 56% for 25°C and 44% for 24°C.** Typical late-summer conditions under clear to partly cloudy skies, light northwest winds, and elevated humidity (around 80–90% overnight) produce modest radiative cooling after daytime highs near 31–32°C. Official model guidance, including GFS outputs, shows early-morning lows stabilizing near 24°C without significant advection of cooler air or unusual cloud cover that would drive temperatures lower. This places 23°C or below at much lower probability, while warmer outcomes remain unlikely given the established diurnal range. Traders appear to be weighting the consensus forecast heavily, with any remaining spread reflecting minor model or station-specific variations.
