This market will resolve to the temperature range that contains the lowest temperature recorded at the Tokyo Haneda Airport Station in degrees Celsius on 15 Apr '26. The resolution source for this market will be information from Wunderground, specifically the lowest temperature recorded for all times on this day by the Forecast for the Tokyo Haneda Airport Station once information is finalized, available here: https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/jp/tokyo/RJTT. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the gear icon next to the search bar and switch the Temperature setting between °F and °C. This market can not resolve to "Yes" until all data for this date has been finalized. The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market. Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution. The Japan Meteorological Agency's latest forecast, issued April 14, projects Tokyo's minimum temperature on April 15 at 14°C amid mostly cloudy conditions with scattered showers likely (20-50% precipitation probability) and highs near 21°C, driving trader consensus toward that outcome at 28.5% implied probability. This positioning reflects current mild southerly airflow and persistent cloud cover suppressing radiative cooling overnight, elevating lows above the mid-April climatological normal of 9.7°C. High uncertainty across the distribution arises from mesoscale forecast divergences: denser clouds or added moisture from showers could hold at 15°C (14.1%), while brief clears or northerly gusts might dip to 13°C (6.6%) or 17°C (8.4%); extremes below 10°C or above 18°C remain improbable given model ensembles. Hourly JMA updates through early April 15 will refine trader positioning before resolution.
