Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate a highest temperature in Busan on September 3 centered on 28–30°C, aligning with the market's emphasis on 29–31°C outcomes. Persistent cloud cover, northeast winds of 10–20 mph, and scattered light rain or drizzle—expected through the afternoon per official guidance—limit surface heating and keep maximums from climbing higher. These conditions follow typical early-September climatology for the region, where average highs decline from late-summer peaks near 32°C. Model consensus and the proximity to resolution reinforce trader positioning around 30°C as the most probable single value, with lower probabilities assigned to outliers above 32°C given the stabilizing marine influence and modest instability.
