Key variables include the timing and coverage of sea-breeze-induced clouds or isolated thunderstorms, which can reduce peak insolation by 1–3°F, versus clearer conditions that allow full solar heating. Updated NWS and mesoscale model runs over the next 24 hours will refine these thresholds ahead of market resolution.
