Recent National Weather Service and model guidance for Seattle points to partly to mostly clear skies overnight into August 31, supporting surface radiational cooling under light northerly flow and dew points in the low 50s. This setup favors an overnight low in the mid-50s, aligning trader focus on the tightly matched 54-55°F and 56-57°F bins. Historical climatology shows an average low near 55°F with a typical range of 52–58°F, while current ensemble spreads remain modest given the absence of strong marine pushes or frontal passages. Updated model runs through the weekend will refine the precise minimum as the date nears.
