Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Trader consensus on Polymarket reflects clustered model guidance for Chicago's highest temperature on April 6 in the 46–53°F range, driven by the latest National Weather Service (NWS) forecasts showing post-frontal cooling after today's spring-like storms and 70°F highs. A deepening upper-level trough over the Great Lakes will steer cool Canadian air southward, suppressing highs below the April 6 climatological normal of 55°F at O'Hare International Airport, the likely resolution site. GFS ensembles lean toward 48–50°F with lingering clouds and northwest winds, while ECMWF runs suggest slightly warmer 50–52°F potential if ridging builds; model spread creates uncertainty around exact front timing and diurnal heating. Watch NWS Chicago's afternoon updates and evening GFS initialization for shifts ahead of Sunday's resolution.
