Forecast models from sources including the Met Office and European centers show Munich under clear skies and light southwesterly flow on September 12, 2026, supporting daytime maximums of 21–23 °C, with 23 °C the most frequently cited value. This range aligns with the market’s heavy weighting toward 23 °C, reflecting trader assessment of limited cloud cover and negligible precipitation that allow strong insolation. September climatology places the long-term average high near 20 °C, so current conditions represent a modest positive anomaly driven by a stable high-pressure pattern. Hourly guidance indicates the peak will occur in the early to mid-afternoon, with little model spread on timing or intensity. Updated runs later today could refine the exact maximum, but the current consensus keeps 23 °C the dominant implied outcome.
