Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Trader consensus on Polymarket reflects the Met Office's latest forecast update from April 14, projecting London's highest temperature on April 17 at 18°C under cloudy skies with light winds and low shower risk in the afternoon, driving the narrow lead for that outcome. Close competition from 17°C and 19°C stems from ensemble model discrepancies on cloud cover and solar insolation—persistent overcast could cap peaks at 17°C, while sunnier breaks might allow brief heating to 19°C, as hinted in some BBC and media outlooks citing Met Office data. This follows a recent early-April warm spell exceeding 80-year records above the 12–15°C average, but an unsettled Atlantic pattern introduces variability. Watch for tomorrow's refined guidance from the National Weather Service equivalents, as proximity to resolution heightens sensitivity to hourly updates.
