Incumbent Rep. Lloyd Smucker (R) seeks reelection in Pennsylvania's 11th Congressional District, rated Solid Republican by Cook Political Report with an R+11 partisan voting index, reflecting strong historical GOP performance in this Lancaster-York area seat. Trader consensus at 88% for Republicans stems from Smucker's unopposed primary path and minimal Democratic opposition after challenger Sarah Klimm, a former Marine, withdrew on March 3, leaving nurse Nancy Mannion as the likely nominee. No recent polling exists, but incumbency advantages and base rates in safe districts drive the lopsided odds ahead of the May 19 primaries, with upset potential low absent major scandals or shifts.
