Incumbent Republican Lloyd Smucker faces Democrat Nancy Mannion in Pennsylvania’s 11th congressional district on November 3, 2026. Both candidates secured their party nominations without opposition in the May 19 primaries. The district, anchored in Lancaster County and portions of York County, has long favored Republican candidates, and independent analysts rate the seat as solidly or safely Republican. Smucker’s incumbency advantage, established fundraising, and committee roles further reinforce trader expectations of continued GOP control. With no significant late developments altering the competitive landscape, market pricing reflects the structural and historical barriers facing Democratic challengers in this area.
