Incumbent Republican Nicole Malliotakis holds a commanding position in New York’s 11th congressional district, a Staten Island-based seat with a consistent Republican lean reflected in her 64 percent victory in 2024. Cook Political Report rates the race Solid Republican, aligning with trader consensus that favors the GOP at 87.5 percent. The upcoming June 23 Democratic primary between Michael DeCillis and Allison Ziogas occurs too close to the general election to shift fundamentals, and no recent polling or fundraising data indicates a viable challenge. Malliotakis faces no primary opposition, reinforcing the low 11 percent Democratic probability ahead of the November 3 general election.
