Nicole Malliotakis, the Republican incumbent, holds a strong position in New York’s 11th congressional district, which includes Staten Island and parts of South Brooklyn, due to the area’s consistent Republican lean and her prior general election margins exceeding 60 percent. Michael DeCillis secured the Democratic nomination in the June 23, 2026 primary, yet no recent polling or fundraising shifts have narrowed the gap. An earlier redistricting challenge that reached the U.S. Supreme Court ultimately preserved the existing map, removing a potential variable that could have altered turnout patterns. With the general election set for November 3, 2026, trader consensus reflects limited competitive pressure on the incumbent absent major developments in the coming months.
