**Clear skies and northerly flow after frontal passage are steering the lowest temperature in New York City on September 15 toward the 58–61°F range that dominates current market-implied odds.** Official National Weather Service and private model consensus shows a post-rain high-pressure setup with minimal cloud cover overnight, promoting radiational cooling under light northerly winds that advect drier, cooler air. This yields projected overnight lows near 57–59°F, with the daily minimum most likely occurring just before dawn. Limited model spread and stable high pressure reduce the chance of significant warming or unexpected cloud cover that could push readings into the low 60s or mid-50s. Updated short-range guidance over the next 24–48 hours will be the key catalyst for any shifts in trader positioning ahead of resolution.
