Trader consensus heavily favors a Taipei high of 23°C on March 20, driven by Central Weather Administration forecasts projecting exactly that amid stable mild conditions typical for early spring in northern Taiwan, where March averages hover around 21-24°C based on 30-year normals. Ensemble weather models from ECMWF and GFS align closely, showing minimal variability with light winds and partial cloud cover capping daytime heating. Recent observations confirm overnight lows near 18°C, supporting gradual warmup without extremes. Realistic challenges include an unforeseen southerly wind shift injecting warmer air, as seen in occasional March anomalies, or model underestimation of solar insolation if clouds dissipate unexpectedly—though current satellite data indicates low likelihood.
