Recent observations at Miami International Airport (KMIA) show highs recovering to the low 80s on April 15-16 after upper-70s readings earlier in the week under cloudier conditions and stronger sea breezes. Differentiating factors include sea breeze timing—delayed onset could enable mid-80s peaks via enhanced diurnal heating, while earlier development and wind mixing favor low 83s—mirroring slight ensemble model spread around the April climatological normal of 84°F. Evening NWS forecast updates will provide final guidance before resolution.
