This aligns with early morning forecasts of hot conditions up to 29°C in urban areas, but persistent cloud cover and moderate winds capped intensification, consistent with April climatology averaging 25–27°C highs amid normal-to-above-normal seasonal temperatures. Realistic challenges include unexpected afternoon clearing boosting solar heating beyond 27.9°C, though declining sun angle and high humidity make this unlikely; final daily data expected by evening.
