The resolution source for this market will be information from Wunderground, specifically the highest temperature recorded for all times on this day by the Forecast for the Miami Intl Airport Station once information is finalized, available here: https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/us/fl/miami/KMIA. To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the gear icon next to the search bar and switch the Temperature setting between °F and °C. Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Latest National Weather Service guidance and consensus from GFS and ECMWF models forecast Miami's highest temperature on April 17 around 84°F, anchoring trader consensus with 84-85°F leading at 33.5% implied probability, just ahead of 82-83°F at 30.5%. This tight race reflects model spread amid persistent east winds of 10-15 mph, which could enhance sea breeze effects and cap peaks near climatological normals of 83-84°F for mid-April under ENSO-neutral conditions. Recent heavy rains and lingering tropical moisture have introduced cloud cover uncertainty, potentially tipping outcomes lower, while dry air advection might allow slight intensification. Traders await fresh 12z model runs and NWS updates Thursday for resolution clarity at official Miami International Airport observations.
