Republican nominee Anthony Constantino holds a clear edge in New York’s 21st congressional district, reflecting its consistent right-leaning profile and the outcome of the June 2026 Republican primary. The open seat, vacated by former Representative Elise Stefanik, features Constantino—a Trump-endorsed businessman—facing Democratic nominee Blake Gendebien, a dairy farmer who prevailed in his party’s primary. Recent August polling from J.L. Partners showed Constantino ahead by double digits after leaners, though an earlier SurveyUSA survey had the race closer. The district’s partisan voter index and strong Republican performance in the prior presidential cycle reinforce trader expectations that the GOP will retain the seat on November 3, 2026, absent major shifts in voter sentiment.

A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
