Any revisions to temperatures recorded after data is finalized for this market's timeframe will not be considered for this market's resolution.Official observations from Roshydromet stations and Vnukovo International Airport confirm Moscow's highest temperature on April 10 reached exactly 4°C, driving the market's 100% implied probability for this outcome amid persistent cloud cover, light rain mixed with sleet, and northerly winds advecting cold continental air under a weak upper-air trough over European Russia. Ensemble forecasts from GFS and ECMWF models clustered around 4°C due to suppressed diurnal heating from overcast skies, aligning with early April's variable spring conditions below the climatological average high of 8–10°C. Realistic challenges would require a late data revision from monitoring agencies or discrepancies across official airport METAR reports, though such shifts are exceedingly rare post-daylight hours.
