Incumbent Republican Nicole Malliotakis holds a commanding position in New York's 11th congressional district ahead of the November 2026 general election. The Staten Island-based seat has shifted rightward in recent cycles among its working-class electorate, supporting consistent Republican advantages in voter registration and past results. Malliotakis advanced unopposed through the Republican primary after it was canceled, while Democrat Michael DeCillis secured the opposing nomination. Failed redistricting litigation left the current boundaries intact for this cycle, limiting structural changes that could alter the partisan balance. Trader consensus at 93 percent for Republicans reflects these fundamentals and the absence of major recent disruptions. A late scandal, unexpected national political shift, or unusually high Democratic turnout could still narrow the gap, though such developments remain low-probability based on current conditions.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
