Incumbent Democrat Marie Gluesenkamp Perez holds a strong edge in the WA-03 House race, with trader consensus reflecting her established position in the swing district. Perez defeated the Republican nominee in both 2022 and 2024 despite the area supporting Donald Trump in the presidential contest, aided by her centrist record and substantial fundraising lead. The August 4, 2026, top-two primary confirmed the general election matchup against Republican state Senate Minority Leader John Braun, with both candidates advancing comfortably. July polling showed the race essentially tied, consistent with the Cook Political Report's Toss Up rating and the district's R+2 partisan voting index. Key variables heading into November include voter turnout patterns, Braun's Trump endorsement, and any late shifts in national midterm dynamics that could influence this competitive seat.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
