Incumbent Republican Brian Mast's dominant position in Florida's 21st Congressional District, rated Solid Republican with a Cook Partisan Voter Index of R+7, anchors trader consensus at 86.5% for a GOP win in the November 3, 2026 general election. Mast, who captured 61.8% in 2024 and boasts $2.55 million cash on hand through March 31, faces no listed Republican primary challengers ahead of the August 18 primaries. Democratic primary contenders, led by Pia Dandiya with $1.17 million cash on hand and recent EMILYs List endorsement, announced over $410,000 raised in Q1 on April 15 amid efforts to flip the seat, yet fragmented field and fundraising gap sustain heavy GOP favoritism absent a national wave or scandal.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
