This aligns with an ongoing early April warm spell, including a record-tying 80°F high on April 10, well above the normal 61°F for the date per NWS Boulder records. Model consensus from GFS and ECMWF runs supports continued subsidence and light winds, with Fire Weather Watches in effect for low humidity and gusts.
