Differentiating factors include shower onset before 2–4 p.m. solar maximum—favoring 31°C (21.5%) if widespread, or 33°C (27.5%) with patchy coverage allowing greater insolation—against the baseline April climatology of ~31°C averages but recent highs to 34.5°C. New 24-hour and 4-day forecasts due April 12 may refine model consensus on regional convergence and squall risks.
